Refund policy

Should you need to return your purchase we have 28 days, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return your order to us within 28 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused,  and in its original packaging. 

If 28 days have passed from your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Shipping costs are non refundable and should a refund be granted to cost will be deducted from the refund.

Authorised Returns:

Please ensure that any returns are carefully packaged in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit. It's important to note that if we've personalised your order with a handwritten gift message or gift-wrapped your box, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the returned product. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above mentioned standards. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
